We are currently looking for a Junior Associate to join our Finance Team.

Role purpose
To sustain its growth, A&O Shearman is currently looking for a Junior Associate to join our Finance practice group in Warsaw.
Your responsibilities:
- provide comprehensive legal support for the largest banking transactions in the market;
- working on both local and international transactions under the supervision of more experienced lawyers; and
- conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction-related decisions.
Our requirements:
- minimum 1-3 years of experience in a recognised banking law practice;
- time management skills;
- excellent knowledge of legal English and good legal drafting skills;
- clear and concise verbal and written communication skills (both in Polish and English); and
- motivation to learn and ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
